BP Station

From Peachtree Corners

The latest issue of Inside Gwinnett has an article concerning the development on the land.

BP Station: The owner of the station decided not to renew their lease with BP. The property is still owned by BP.

Remaining 30 acres:

Sembler Development is working on a seven acre upscale retail development. The architecture will evoke a cozy neighborhood feel. The name has not been determined yet. The project is supposed to be completed within one phase by the end of 2008.

Charles Roberts owns the remaining 23 acres and is planning development for 2009. It is currently zoned for 298 multi-family rental units, but plans may be altered to include a "Town Center" feel, with a high-end boutique hotel, retirement attended care facility and Mediterranean style high-end retail.
