What's Up With That House on W. Jones Bridge Road?

The house at 5131 W Jones Bridge Road has been practically abandoned for at least the last 3 years. While an eyesore from the road, it is worse in the back with a handful of state and county ordinance violations.

The in-ground pool has not been covered or fenced as is required, all of the siding on the rear of the house has been torn of, the doors and windows of the house have been open for 3+ years, the inside of the house has been gutted to the studs with miscellaneous construction materials thrown about and more. It is a haven for critters and who knows what else.

This certainly makes all of Peachtree Corners look bad as well as depresses the home values in the vicinity. Update 27 Sep 2009: The house is currently under renovation. The current owner is flipping the property and has done a nice job to completely revamp the house.
